Self-Isolation activities
If you have to self-isolate at home, please try to complete as many of these activities as you can to help with learning at home.

Phonics Watch the phonics videos on the school website. Revise set 2 then begin set 3. Try to watch one every day.

Reading Try to read every day. Oxford owl have many book banded books to read online. You have to register first but it is free.

Spellings Look at the spellings to learn on our school webpage and try some of the activities

Maths Watch the white rose videos for the correct week.

Topmarks - games for phonics and maths. With maths, children need to be able to add and subtract within 20 including finding 1 more and 1 less. They need to be able to recognise, order and count to 50.

Science Look at BBC bitesize to learn about animals and how they are classified.

Geography Use BBC bitesize to find out about Nigeria in Africa. What else can you find out about Africa and its many countries? Create fact file.

History Find out about the life of Nelson Mandela. What impact has he had on the lives of people in Africa and around the world?
