Rewarding Good Attendance and Punctuality

Attending school all day, every day is really important to our pupil’s learning. As a result, every Friday a certificate is awarded to the class with the best attendance. This is proudly displayed in the classroom.

Our target is for the whole school attendance to be 96% or higher. Mr. Watson writes to parents whose children’s attendance is below 95% at the end of each term. Meetings are organised where attendance is below 90% and is not improving.
